The Animal Welfare Party is pleased to announce the launch of our new ‘Pledge to Vote’ feature on the new AWP website.

Since we launched the feature at VegFest London on Sat 5th October, over 76 Londoners have pledged to vote AWP at the EU Parliament elections on May 22nd next year.

Our party is standing in the constituency of London, at the very least, and needs to win around 140,000 votes from the London electorate in order to win a seat – and, for the first time ever, political representation for the animals in the EU Parliament.

Whether we stand in other constituencies or not is dependent upon finances and still to be determined.

If you’d like to see us achieve our goal and more, please do all you can to share the news of our ‘Pledge to Vote’ feature today. The more pledges we have, the better understanding we’ll have of how close we are to our goal.
